Client Management

• To actively work to generate new leads for new enquiries and new portfolios of business in the Benelux markets

•To continue to service the company’s existing business and clients to the highest service.

Binding Authorities

• Securing market support for a new Lineslip or Binding Authority to house European business.

• Assisting with the collation and analysis of data relevant to bordereaux production and monitoring account performance.

• Binder Slip preparation, market engagement and other responsibilities as required for Binding Authority renewals.

• Broking out of authority referrals and endorsements to underwriters as the candidate develops.

Open Market

• Liaising with clients to invite renewals and collate supporting underwriting information, slip preparation and file maintenance, monitoring key account information and the production of monthly reports, developing and maintaining internal relationships to ensure the timely management of client’s expectations. Marketing a number of insurance classes including but not limited to; Professional Indemnity, Liability, Medical Malpractice, Bankers Blanket Bond/Commercial Crime, Cyber and Directors and Officers Liability, Property / Accident & Health / Aviation with a view to obtaining competitive solutions from Lloyd’s and company markets.

• Maintain high service levels in line with client’s expectations.

Other

• To comply with the requirements of the company’s policies and procedures.

• To perform any duties assigned in a responsible, positive and helpful manner, thereby demonstrating a courteous attitude to all work colleagues and customers.

• To perform any other reasonable duties as and when requested by your manager.

Responsibilities/Experience

• The ability to build relationships with insurers, Insurance Brokers and direct clients is essential, as is an ability to handle a high volume of work to a high standard.

• Class of Insurance Wholesale Insurance / Liability / Professional Indemnity / Cyber / D&O / Property / Accident & Health / Aviation

• Previous Experience/Education Proven record of experience in the Dutch market as well as dealing with the International markets, especially the London market.
