To recommend budget P&Ls and brand plans to achieve the brand’s long-term objectives.
To manage multi brand portfolio & a diverse consumer landscape with ease
To strategize and implement in a highly qualitative and creative manner the individual brand plans: incl media, PR, press, merchandising, off and on-premises activations.
To effectively manage brand budget.
To define brand KPIs for each marketing programs, to monitor and to assess them.
To define appropriate strategy for each brand’s SKUs and accordingly to each distr channel.
Plays the lead role of endorsing the brand’s values, creativity, and dynamism in front of all: internal sales force, trade, consumers, ad / promotion / PR agencies.
Leading with Influence, stakeholder management and inspiring sales teams to deliver on brand objectives
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Languages: Fluent English, Dutch is a strong plus
Minimum 8 years of experience – both in strategic and operational marketing.
