We are seeking a visionary Senior Art Director who believes that their ideas, creativity, and design can inspire audiences to make the type of behavior change that leads to sustainable performance. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio showcasing experience with brands and corporations, leading transformative campaigns, and delivering outstanding projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts that inspire sustainable behaviors and drive performance for our clients.
  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including strategists, copywriters, designers, and project managers to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior creative team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the strategic vision and how it meets their sustainability objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability issues to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.
  • Balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Challenge traditional thinking and bring a unique, out-of-the-box perspective to all creative endeavours.

Key Requirements

Key Requirements, Skills Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns for brands and corporations.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sustainability-focused projects and transformative campaigns.
  • Exceptional visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
