Role Overview

Wecheer is looking for a proactive, self-starter and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by closing deals with key clients in the FMCG/CPG industry. This role requires exceptional closing skills, a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to articulate our value proposition, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

For this position, candidates living anywhere in Europe can apply. Please note this is a freelance contract, full time role.

Experience with US market or ability to overlap US time zones is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closing and Exceeding Sales Target - Successfully close deals with key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to closing, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Handling complex enterprise multi-stakeholder deal closing, including Client Relationship Management.
  • Solution Selling - Armed with a solid understanding of the CPG’s route to market (value chain), tailor Wecheer’s solutions to generate maximum value within their specific requirements.
  • Multi-Cultural / Multi-Market Engagement - Work effectively across multi-cultural and multi-market environments, understanding diverse client needs and preferences.
  • Negotiation - Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts that meet both client and company goals.
  • Market Analysis - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to improve and shape the sales strategy.
  • Performance Reporting - Provide regular reports on sales activities, deal progress, and performance against targets.


Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in closing sales within the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while regularly exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with channel incentives and loyalty solutions, and a strong understanding of the route to market for FMCG/CPG brands.
  • Tech savvy, familiar with CRM systems (i.e. Hubspot) and various technologies (Jira, Slack, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Highly proactive, hands-on, and passionate about innovation and technology.
