Quality Assurance Officer

Your new role

The Quality Systems Department is seeking an experienced QA Officer to join their team. This department is responsible for managing and coordinating the quality policy of the Boxmeer production site. The department owns key quality systems such as change management, deviation management, supplier management and documentation. You will be responsible for the managing of both introduction and phase-outs of products. You will proactively contribute to improvement initiatives in the complex QMS environment, complying with cGMP and other compliance protocols. You will provide guidance and support throughout the team with improvement initiatives of other systems when necessary.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have completed minimum HBO or Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Sciences related degree.

• At least 5 years experience in a similar position with Quality or Quality Systems.
• Extensive knowledge of GMP and other compliance requirements.
• Very strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Project management experience is an advantage, but not a hard requirement.
• You work precisely and accurately, and you are good at organizing and structuring (digital) data and documents, therefore you have good computer skills.

What you’ll get in return

Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 6 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is anticipated. At this position, you will get a competitive salary and your travel expenses are covered.
