Are you an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist with 1-2 years of experience looking for a new challenge?

We are actively seeking dedicated Technicians to support one of our client’s sites in Venray on a full-time basis (8 hours per day). As an IT Support Specialist, you will be providing essential 1st and 2nd level support.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering basic IT proximity support: 1st and 2nd line support.
• Assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Managing and maintaining IT equipment and software.
• Collaborating with other IT team members to enhance service delivery.
• Maintaining documentation and following ITIL best practices.
• Supporting hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Monitoring and responding to support requests via a ticketing system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
• Knowledge of ITIL and experience working within an IT environment.
• Familiarity with a range of operating systems and software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
