What You'll Do
As Marketing Manager Community & Events, you are pivotal in establishing, building, growing, and nurturing vibrant B2B Client Communities in the North/West Region (including North Western Europe, UK, Nordics and Australia), while seamlessly integrating event management responsibilities.
Your mission? To not only generate leads but to create engaging experiences that resonate with our audience on a deeper level; creating a holistic, integrated go-to-market approach. You will continue to move forward our community-driven event strategy that's as fun as it is effective. Get ready to infuse every interaction with our signature GoodHabitz spark! What You'll Do
As Marketing Manager Community & Events, you are pivotal in establishing, building, growing, and nurturing vibrant B2B Client Communities in the North/West Region (including North Western Europe, UK, Nordics and Australia), while seamlessly integrating event management responsibilities.

This role is designed for someone who is passionate about building meaningful connections and fostering a sense of belonging among clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that drive community acquisition across both users and prospects within your region
- Develop, cultivate, and nurture an engaged customer community, both online and offline, that aligns with our brand's values and goals (building our brand presences with a trusted audience through the power of community).
- Take charge of organizing regional events, including trade shows, webinars, and online events, transitioning our strategy from pure lead generation to a community-centric approach.
- Develop and own a community program calendar across quarters that communicates our largest commitments required timelines and milestones
- Work closely with the Content Manager to co-create a content calendar that fosters community interaction, and in the future, encourage user-generated content.
- Identify and engage with community advocates and influencers to bolster brand advocacy and positive word-of-mouth.
- Align with Customer Success and Product teams on relevant community topics to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Utilize analytics to track community engagement and measure the success of community programs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Organize and host the annual in-person regional event, overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Minimum of 5+ years in Events and Community Marketing, with a solid experience to launching community initiatives independently
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in marketing or a related field.
- Experienced in using digital tools for hosting webinars and managing online communities
- Proven ability to build relationships with external partners
- The ability to lead through influence across various departments
- Demonstrated creativity in developing and testing new community programs, with a willingness to experiment and adapt.
- Strong capability in identifying and measuring key community metrics to evaluate program success.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and motivating a diverse community
- English at (near) Native levels
- Willingness and ability for occasional travel
