Role Overview: We are seeking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our global marketing strategy. You will play a crucial role in attracting new clients, building strong partnerships, and amplifying our brand within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business development goals and growth targets.
  • Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and positioning within the ESG commercial real estate industry through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Metrics & Insights: Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Marketing team
    • Work with our engineering team to properly instrument and measure our funnels.
    • Own regular reporting on the overall health of marketing initiatives and top-of-funnel performance across marketing.
    • Partner with finance/operations to provide visibility into ROI on marketing spend.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and industry needs
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content.
  • Partnership Building: Establish and maintain productive relationships with industry partners, including consultants and associations, to drive growth and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of total marketing experience, preferably for a B2B Saas business with a product-led strategy
  • Expertise in implementing modern B2B marketing strategies
  • Aptitude for using data to drive better decision-making, preferably familiar with SQL
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and craft high-quality narrative and executive-level presentations
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result- and mission-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, commercial, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple opportunity pursuits at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
