In order to do so, we employ roughly 170 employees at our office in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, divided into two entities, being LG Electronics Benelux Sales B.V. and LG Electronics European Shared Service Center B.V.


What will you do?

You will join the ID(Information Display) Hub Team which manages the logistic processes for European B2B organization in close collaboration with 15 subsidiaries around Europe to manage our B2B Digital Signage business.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Evaluate and improve 3rd party operation in the Hub

Achieve the best performance of 3rd party & high quality of delivery

Manage in/outbound process such as: Customs (incl. customs drawback), warehouse call, HS code and etc.

Control on-time invoice and process for payment including validation

Monitor and improve daily logistics and distribution activities

Manage delivery to subsidiaries warehouse

Manage direct delivery to customers

Managing samples, good set returns, non-good set inventory and support rework

Support annual truck bidding

Manage and support sales order processing

Check warehouse capacity and determine overflow by simulating M+2 sales forecast

Monitor On Time Delivery from factory with Purchasing Order & PSD

Communication: Link between production, HQ & subsidiaries

Supporting information visibility

Supporting individual issues from subsidiaries like system issues, understanding of systems, logics etc.

Who are you?

Bachelor or Master degree preferable in Supply Chain Management or Logistic

1~3 years’ experience in similar function is a plus

Fluent in English both verbal and written

Advanced user with MS office (especially excel)

Handle Big data : Knowing how to use Python, R Language is a plus

Possess ability to analyze and interpret information
