Under the Communication manager guidance, execute effective communication plans that achieve the NDWC goals and objectives;- Write and edit content for internal and external communications;- E. articles and blogs, instructions, onboarding and training materials and more. Collaborate with the communication internal stakeholders to develop engaging content for a variety of channels (e.g., external website, NCI Agency Intranet, printing materials, etc.);- Monitor and analyse communication KPIs to continuously improve communication strategies and campaigns;- Contribute to improve the communication strategy for NDWC;- Supports the organization and execution of the NDW Conference with organizational and moderation tasks such as the creation of communication material and conference content, communication with participants, presenters and other stakeholders.Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required:Mandatory:- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance;- A Bachelor degree at a nationally recognised/certified University preferably in marketing, communications or journalism and 2 years post-related experience;- A strong understanding of the NATO organizational landscape and its related entities;- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal communication) with the ability to explain technical terms in easy to understand and attractive manner;- The ability to handle multiple communications projects simultaneously;- Demonstrable knowledge of communication platforms and digital tools to communicate internally (within NCI Agency) and externally (within NATO enterprise);- Proven knowledge and experience in planning and executing communication campaigns;- Knowledge of communication trends and best practices;- Demonstrable qualification and relevant experience working in small to large teams as well as "matrix" teams ( cross functional and cross service areas );- Proven ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with excellent briefing and presentation skills and the ability to produce clear and concise reports;- Proven ability to analyse KPIs and build analytical reports to improve communication strategies;- Proven experience in the use of computer-based support tools with an emphasis on Digital Workplace, Content Collaboration: Office 365, Bi and Data Analytics, Camtasia and Adobe Suite, and Collaboration Tools: Webex, MSTeams and Skype;- Proven experience in the font-end design and development of websites.
