Camino Search are currently partnered with a highly acquisitive, PE backed technology company based out of Amsterdam who are looking for an M&A Analyst to join their team.

This company, which has ambitions to complete a huge number of acquisitions per year, is at the forefront of its industry and is poised to be no.1 within a few years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and pursue potential acquisition targets.
• Due Diligence: Assist with due diligence processes with cross-functional teams.
• Financial Modeling: Evaluate potential transactions.
• Deal Execution: Help to overseer transaction from initiation to closure.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate on acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or related; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years in M&A, ideally in IB, Consulting, Big 4 etc.
• PE-backed experience a plus.
• Dutch Speaking
