Tenways is looking for an IT-specialist. As a start up you will have the opportunity to set up a foundation that is up to par.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented IT Specialist to join our growing team. As an IT Specialist at Tenways e-bike, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, design, manage and maintain our IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems.
• Provide technical support and training to employees on IT-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, making recommendations for enhancements and upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a startup or tech-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
