As a People Partner, you will be critical in aligning people solutions with our business objectives within our fast-growing European tech organisation. You’ll be a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent to People Leads, providing data-driven insights and expertise on people-related matters.

What you will do

People Partnership:

• Form effective relationships with People Leads and their teams across various countries, departments and levels, gaining an understanding of their team and guiding solutions
• Support People Leads by participating in contribution reviews and performance improvement discussions as required.

Engagement and Compliance:

• Understand legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of team members.
• Handle complex employee relations cases, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are fair in their application and in alignment with local legislation.

Workplace Improvement:

• Coordinate the implementation and embedment of organisation policies and programs.
• Collaborate across functions on all levels to improve working relationships, champion our DEI programs, build morale, and support the contribution and retention of our people

Talent Programs Execution:

• Execute company-wide talent programs within your partnership group.
• Provide tactical support on these programs.

Restructures and Planning:

• Provide insight on division restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with the People Operations Manager and wider department on strategic initiatives.

What you will need

• 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, employee relations, people operations, compensation/benefits, and/or organisational development.
• Professional Qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or another related field
• Fluent in English; other languages are nice to have
• To be based in the Netherlands and able to work from the office occasionally
• Prior experience within a tech company or fast-growing scale-up with a multi-country set-up is highly desirable.
• Familiarity utilising Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms.
• Exposure to business operations in Benelux and/ or Nordics regions.
• Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive and confidential materials.
