In this pivotal role as Head of Human Resources, you will lead a dedicated team of 5 HR professionals. Your primary focus will be on driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and collaborating with senior leadership to propel the business forward. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in industrial environments, a proactive mindset, and strong project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and mentor a team of 5 HR professionals
  • Drive recruitment, attraction, and retention initiatives using global Employer Branding strategies
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce high staff attrition rates
  • Evaluate and potentially redesign compensation structures to align with business goals
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and support the company's digitalization mission
  • Oversee the implementation of an HR ERP-System
  • Ensure efficient rollout of global initiatives, leveraging local tools and resources
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes, enhance accountability, and support organizational setup needs
  • Develop training and coaching programs to foster employee development and engagement


Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Experience in industrial environments, ideally in a matrix organizational structure
  • Demonstrated understanding of P&L implications in both commercial and production contexts
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on employee engagement and leadership development
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of driving change and innovation
