Summary:

Lead our financial planning and analysis team as Head of FP&A. Drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making. Develop key financial metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure business performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational objectives. Manage financial models, variance analysis, and scenario planning to support business growth and profitability. Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team. In this role your report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

• Participate in valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment

Job responsibilities

Preparation of financial management process and related rules and regulations

1) Collaborate with your team to develop and refine the rules and regulations related to the standardized financial management and operation of the Group during and after the listing.

2) Analyse and review financial information, prepare and analyse the Group's financial report and related financial information disclosure;

3) Establish and maintain the internal financial control system according to the requirements of the company headquarters and the company;.

4) Lead in building and optimizing the financial report analysis management system. Including financial report risk identification, evaluation, control and independent evaluation.

5) Lead in strengthening the construction of financial reporting risk management ability, identifying potential risks from a reverse perspective, and contribute improvement to the quality of financial reporting of the group.


Digital construction of financial system

1) Support in the establishment and enhancement of the Group's cost accounting system, and organize the group's cost accounting, cost analysis and other cost management work.

2) Lead in the financial information construction of the company's headquarters, conduct financial system promotion, training and operation tracking for business departments and affiliated companies within the Group.

3) Prepare and submit the financial analysis reports regularly according to the requirements of the company headquarters and the company.

4) Improve and automate financial reporting requirements, leading digitalization efforts and implementing new management reporting tools.


Analysis of financial indicators

1) Aid in financial and operational analysis tasks, including assisting in the preparation of monthly business analysis reports and contributing to issue resolution.

2) respond to temporary data analysis requirements and produce logical analysis reports.

3) Support the CFO of the group's with financial statements to identify and evaluate financial risks, evaluate the control situation, identify high-risk businesses and key risk points, and contribute to improvements suggestions.


Project support

1) Participate in the valuation, financial due diligence and risk assessment of the company's investment and merger projects, and provide financial support according to the relevant requirements of the business department.

2) To perform ad hoc analyses or other procedures.


Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting/auditing/financial management/finance/economics or related;

2. Outgoing personality, easy communicator.

3. Preferably skilled use of accounting systems SAP, LucaNet,;

4. Preferably experience in an international environment, with a (Chinese) listed company.

5. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent oral communication, English will be used as a working language.

6. Relevant experience as financial manager of large enterprises, familiar with related laws and regulations of finance and accounting of manufacturing enterprises or engineering enterprises and the work flow of financial internal control system;

7. Good at cost management and control, with excellent data statistics, analysis and presentation capabilities;

8. Five years or more working experience in financial statements and analysis of large and medium-sized enterprises, intermediate accountant or above is preferred; CICPA certificate is preferred; Or other relevant professional certificate in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/HKCPA).
