Job Description Summary

As the Head of Digital Marketing & Operations - International at GE Healthcare, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of our omnichannel digital marketing campaigns, as well as managing the digital marketing technology and processes for the organization. You will lead 3 high-performing teams - one focused on digital marketing campaigns, one focused on project management of omnichannel waves in the zones and one focused on digital marketing operations - to ensure seamless and impactful digital marketing initiatives that support the overall business goals of the International Region which covers Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, India, Japan and AKA. Additionally, you will be a key contributor to the development and the implementer of cutting-edge, ML-driven marketing approaches, such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Next Best Action, Lead Scoring, and Account-Based Intelligence, to further optimize our digital marketing efforts.

This role will report to the International CMO and will partner with the International Marketing & Virtual Sales leadership team as well as Segment and Marketing teams across Zones and LCTs to optimize the digital marketing go-to-market strategy, execution and growth plays.

This role is an International role and can be located in any major International GE Healthcare location.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • The person hired will versee and manage the following teams:

Digital Marketing Campaign Team

  • Develop and optimize omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across channels like social media, email, website, etc.to achieve the leads and order targets by zone
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and zone teams to ideate, plan, and launch digital campaigns
  • Optimize campaign and channel mix according to results/insights provided by the analytics team and in accordance with budgets and targets of the zones

Digital Marketing Operations Team

  • Manage digital marketing technology stack and ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain processes and workflows for digital marketing activities
  • Optimize marketing operations for efficiency and scalability
  • Track and report on key deployment metrics

Project Managers

  • Set the digital marketing strategy and vision for the organization
  • Identify new digital marketing opportunities and innovative approaches, including the implementation of ML-driven marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with leadership to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless partnerships with Zones, MarCom, Analytics and Virtual Sales
  • Hire, train, and develop high-performing digital marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge, ML-driven marketing approaches, such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Next Best Action, Lead Scoring, and Account-Based Intelligence.
  • Be a constant advocate for best-in-class digital marketing across the GE Healthcare matrix: communicate ideas, problems, strategies and results with marketing counterparts; extend influence to relevant stakeholders — such as IT, sales — through application of expertise and demonstration of collaborative potential; articulate the role that digital marketing plays in the enterprise’s overarching omnichannel strategy, and the organizational and process changes needed to sustain companywide momentum

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, or a related field

Desired Characteristics

  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital marketing teams
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies, including proven experience with ML-driven marketing solutions and the Adobe marketing technology stack (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Marketo)
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable plans
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems
  • Strong Analytical skills set to understand and create complex analysis and/or business cases as well as identifying improvement opportunities in the digital marketing approach
  • Minimum of 6 years in healthcare industry
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity, assess, eliminate or mitigate risk and drive for results
  • Change agent with the ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude
  • Demonstrated ability in managing the matrix structure and building effective networks
  • Demonstrated ability to drive & execute rigorous operating mechanisms in GE environment
  • Establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Fluent English
