Who are we looking for? 🧐

We are looking for an experienced head of brand building who will lead the development of the Sendcloud brand. The ideal candidate knows exactly how to build a brand strategy and incorporate this into our overall marketing strategy and has done this before, with success. Someone who knows how to translate the value of our product into our brand messaging. On top of that, you are our company's biggest brand ambassador and know how to articulate the brand narrative towards all of our stakeholders, most importantly: our customers.

• At least 6 years of experience working in a brand & communications role of which at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• You have a proven track record of launching integrated brand campaigns throughout Europe
• You have strong leadership skills to manage a multi-disciplinary team of marketing specialists and professionals and work cross-functionally to achieve results
• You are a storyteller by nature and know how to translate the brand narrative into visuals, copy, audio, and video
• You know how to develop a company's brand strategy and do so in a creative and consistent manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
  

Your main focus will be to

• Bring our brand to the next level: you develop and manage our brand's messaging and you ensure our brand's voice is consistent across all channels of communication
• Manage a team of marketing specialists and professionals including design, social, PR, performance and communications
• Develop a strategy for the team with clear goals and objectives to measure impact
• Improve our brand awareness across our top customer segments and other relevant audiences like investors, consumers, employees and partners
• Work closely together with the Demand Creation, Demand Capture and other Sendcloud disciplines to ensure the brand narrative is incorporated in all marketing initiatives
