With Respect To The Sourcing Part

Design and implement a plastic waste sourcing strategy to obtain the right feedstock, at the right price and for the right quantitiesAnimate our network of pan-European suppliers (with our local staff in each country) and create medium-long-term partnershipsParticipate in tendersThe Successful ApplicantMaster's degree in Business or EngineeringMinimum 10 years relevant experience, preferably in one of a few of these industries: plastic recycling, compounding, waste management or chemicalsExperience in a similar position or direct report of a similar position, within a Pan-European environmentNatural leader with a positive attitude who stands for a pleasant working atmosphere and resultsBusiness oriented, decisive with an entrepreneurial mentalityAble to work strategically, but with a hands-on approachExcellent communication skills, at all levelsAnalytically strongExcellent knowledge of the English language. Preferable also in Dutch & GermanStrong affinity for sustainabilityInternational travel; +/- 30%The role can be based in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain or ItalyWhat's on OfferAttractive package
