About The Role

Do you consider creativity, strategic thinking and vision, operational excellence, solution-oriented mindset and flexibility to be your strongest skills? If so, join our Marketing and Communications Technology team as a Global Social Media Manager!

In this role, able to be placed in our headquarters in Arnhem, Barcelona or Madrid, and you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing global Social Media channels of DNV Energy Systems, including:
    • Management and development of DNV's own strategy
    • Developing and implementing integrated social media best practices
    • Collaboration with the head office and business marketing partners
    • Managing our digital marketing agencies
  • Data Analysis & Reporting on performance of social media campaigns
  • Acting as a Social Media Marketing Champion to internal partners

About You

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's or University degree in marketing or digital marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Around 5 years of Digital Marketing experience, including related systems and tools, combined with strong social media experience.
  • Experienced in developing and driving a social media strategy and program.
  • A proven track record of generating revenue, business growth, and other KPI´s.
  • Experience in building integrated social media campaigns executed with a strong understanding of the considerations for industry and audience variances within the campaign plan.
  • An eye for design and ability to be creative within the DNV brand guidelines.
  • Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to take initiative and deliver projects unsupervised.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English (another European language is a plus); ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks, projects, and relationships.
  • Passion for the best & original social media campaigns

  • Expertise in content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Business Manager and Sales Navigator and other social media platforms
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

  • Ability to grasp market trends and generate creative ideas and relentless curiosity when it comes to the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
