Global Finance Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the finance team in the Netherlands. As Global Finance Analyst you will support the (Group) CFO with preparing information for shareholders, analyzing the financial results and other ad hoc tasks. You will work closely with the Operations team and Local Country Finance teams to obtain data and build your understanding of the business.

Job requirements

What you will do on a day to day base

• Build and maintain customer master data files for the group;
• Assist with calculating and monitoring core KPIs,
• Work closely with Operations to automate work; utilize and improve existing databases and dashboarding in Power BI;
• Assist with preparing monthly management reporting;
• Assist with preparing monthly shareholder reporting;
• Assist with deep dives into business performance topics for each of the countries;
• Collaborate closely with the Country Finance Managers (for India, Netherlands and Australia);
• Work closely with the Group CFO on ad hoc tasks and requests.

What we hope you bring to the table

• Bachelors/ Masters in Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration;
• 2-3 years experience working as an FP&A Analyst / Business Analyst / Assistant Business Controller;
• Excellent Excel skills (working with pivots, advanced formulas)
• Diligent, careful and thorough approach;
• Enthusiastic and with good communication skills;
• Comfortable manually consolidating data from multiple sources;
• Proactive in getting what you need to delivery quickly;
