We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our export team as an Export Employee Airfreight in shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating airfreight export shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process airfreight export shipments in compliance with company policies and procedures
Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure smooth transportation of goods
Prepare shipping documentation, including export declarations, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient handling and processing of shipments
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed during shift hours
Qualifications
Previous experience in airfreight export operations
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
