We're currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for 1 year maternity cover for our office in Rotterdam.Working across markets to recommend the best use of digital marketing tacticsOversee and manage existing digital marketing campaigns and tactics (SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Search)Investigate and implement retail media tactics working with retailersMonitor and measure campaign activity and provide recommendationsAnalyse campaign performance, identify and implement new approaches and tacticsWorking across the organisation with Ecommerce managers to recommend best use of digital marketing tactics with retailersHaving ownership in your role, end to end impact on the business and brands and short decision lines allowing you to work in an agile wayCompetencies required:Minimum 4 to 5 years experience within a digital marketing roleIdeally experience in retail mediaYou have a no nonsense can do mentality, and you are a team player eager to learn and share with local and international colleagues best practicesYou are fluent in English (any additional language such as Dutch, German or French is a plus)Personal characteristics:Excellent relationship building and collaboration ability. Strong communicator with good presentation skillsSelf motivated, energetic, positive and flexible.
