About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to work for an established and growing global business. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing TMF Group’s corporate website and leading an international team. You will work closely with the global marketing team, internal subject matter experts and various external agencies. We are looking for someone who is passionate with a critical eye to drive and identify areas of efficiencies and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the corporate website as a channel – owning and defining the roadmap collaborating with the rest of marketing;
  • Management and oversight of 3rd party integrations such as Hot Jar, LinkedIn and CRM (D365 Dynamics), One Trust;
  • Drive continuous improvement across the website in the field of user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO);
  • Manage website analytical reporting and analysis - ensuring data quality, development of the tools, and reporting data insights to the team;
  • Identify and define requirements for website development in partnership with our website development agency and support them in delivery;
  • Collaborate on campaign development and oversee campaign kick-offs between global marketing colleagues and the website;
  • Track project results, measure KPIs, and report on campaign and channel effectiveness;
  • Manage a global team of 4 working across the website;
  • Work closely with the following teams: web development agency, SEO agency, analytics agency, internal IT, and the rest of Group marketing.

Key Competencies And Skills

  • B2B and Digital Marketing experience: Understand inbound and digital marketing strategies and use them as a foundation to achieve the website's full potential in orchestration with the rest of the digital marketing channels;
  • CMS Knowledge: Familiarity with CMS platforms for website management. Including engaging with website and digital agencies to drive improvements and results;
  • SEO Understanding: General Knowledge of SEO and SEO strategies and how they pertain to both content and technical SEO;
  • People Management Skills: As you’ll be leading a team, leadership abilities are crucial. You’ll motivate, guide, and manage your team effectively. As well as collaborate and guide your peers and internal clients;
  • Analytical Skills: Interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Creating and editing spreadsheets for data analysis. Familiarity with tools like GA4, GSC and SEMrush or other SEO tools is valuable;
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize, maintain focus, and manage multiple projects and strategic objectives within budget and deadlines. Managing internal and external stakeholders' expectations with regard to delivery, escalating concerns as appropriate;
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent English language skills. The ability to clearly convey ideas, collaborate with and present strategies to a wide variety of stakeholders. Ability to build rapport and credibility across all colleagues and stakeholder groups;
  • Creative Thinking: Someone who can creatively problem-solve and develop innovative approaches to drive performance.

Experience And Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience of working on a website;
  • Previous people management experience;
  • Familiarity with GA4 and GSC;
  • Experience in working with and managing agencies;
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
