What To Expect

This is the most crucial hire for them this year. With the core mission of continuing the growth of their e-commerce channel. Which grew in revenue by 220% last year! The position is a brand new role in the business. Mainly working on new innovations to the e-commerce experience and really optimising the customer journey on their websites, marketplaces, and stores. You will also be leading a team of 11 people in total with 4 direct reports, some of which are also managers.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Vastly experienced in Customer Experience
  • Experienced in e-commerce and retail
  • Ability to bring in new ideas and processes as well as optimising what is existing
  • Management experience is a plus
