Responsibilities
What are your responsibilities? As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at SILICON, you play a crucial role in driving our global expansion. You will provide strategic advice to the Sales, Marketing, and Engineering departments and work closely with the Management Team. Your responsibilities also include:
Developing, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting a strategic commercial plan
Identifying new opportunities and markets to increase revenue and optimize profitability
Promoting a results-oriented culture within Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and improve collaboration
Analyzing market and competitive data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations
Overseeing pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial terms
What are your qualities?
We are looking for the ideal candidate with the following qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's level work and intellect, preferably in a technical or commercial field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B role
Excellent knowledge of international sales processes
Relevant leadership experience with ultimate responsibility at a tactical-strategic level in marketing and/or sales
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and partners
Proactive, sociable, and strong presentation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a business level
