Getting everyone to agree to how, when and where they communicate can't be overstated. For example, does everyone agree to post to a specific Slack channel when it's time to share project updates? And does everyone agree to monitor that, read it, and comment to engage in a dialog?

How do you work with managers to ensure learning transfer?
Deliver outcome-based enablement, with those outcomes being the KPIs that the business and sales managers track and target. CSAT and attendance are helpful, but focusing on those KPIs as the outcomes of enablement is what will keep enablement relevant to the business.

Demo video of a Service Oriented Architecture solution that uses InfoPath, BizTalk, ASP.NET Web Services, RPG on an AS/400, CICS on a Mainframe, J2EE on WebSphere, Pocket PC, SQL Server, Speech Server, and Microsoft Operations Manager. It is really a solution to put web services in front of these non-Microsoft apps, and use MOM to monitor events and play back web services, and use BizTalk to orchestrate everything together.

Accelerated Sales Onboarding at Palo Alto Networks
We created and ran EMEA-specific onboarding for new sales reps (account managers), built from an HQ program but customized to meet the needs in EMEA. This was run by my sales trainer, Lando Mennink, with support from my other two sales enablement employees, Laurie Hall and Antonella Moizzi. Together, they are now ready to improve it with each month's new hire training.
