Christelle Graduated in translation, political science and management. She is currently working in the field of logistics, import/export. ✴ Another Live session was held this week for an exchange with the current fellows who are preapring to get started with Diaspora Angel investing. Fridah Ntarangwi - Kimathi and Toon Buddingh' led the discussin on valuing early stage companies, while Ludwig Luyeye shared his personal experiences of conducting due diligence for SMEs in DRC. During such sessions Angel fellows  cover topics like; ✔ Basics of investing in SMEs: How investing works, funding types and criteria, and investment stage ✔ Evaluating ventures: Evaluating business models, financials and valuation, and cross border investments. ✔ The deal-making process: Understanding due diligence, term sheets and legal conditions, and monitoring investments and exit strategy.
