Hasta La Vista, Baby! is always busy—both for dinner and drinks. Now, we've introduced the 'Hasta La Vista Movie Nights'! These events sold out in a minute. We transformed our theatre area (one of the four areas) into a rooftop cinema for old-time classics. The response? Absolutely phenomenal! We decided to diversify our space. So, if you have a beautiful venue, think outside the box! Turn that space into something unexpected. Events like these bring in different types of guests and build a sense of community. Even before announcing the next dates, we received lots of requests about when the next movie nights will be. And yes: we would make more revenue if we just kept our 'theatre' podium open for the public and do more turnover. But it's not always only about the revenue...🚀 And now? We're busy planning what to do next… 🕺

Pesca 🐟 - Hamburg - Construction Update! Despite some delays last week, all the walls are built, the installations are complete, and the kitchen extractor hoods are installed 💪🏻 Today, the tiles and marble arrived from Italy, along with our Spanish trees for the terrace. We're ready to add some color to this place 💥

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀? 🚀 We see more local and returning guests at recurring events. Lunch at Pesca is always busy, especially on weekends when we are always full. We brought back our Sunday Special Show, called the 'Gamba edition.' For this, we cover all tables with paper and provide guests with bibs to wear, along with offering shrimps and bottles of cava at very low prices. The popularity of this show is remarkable—it sells out two weeks in advance, creating a small fish feast. Normally at Pesca, about half of our guests are from other countries and half are locals. With this show, though, 85% of the guests are local and an astonishing 58% have been to Pesca at least three times before. These are amazing numbers. It's great to see how events like this help bring back local and loyal guests again and again. P.s., we sold 4500 gamba’s that day 😉
