Ziekenhuis Tjongerschans kampte met een uitdaging: medische en niet-medische apparatuur werd geregistreerd in IFS Ultimo, terwijl de meeste ticketregistratie plaatsvond in TOPdesk. Dit belemmerde een efficiënte koppeling tussen tickets en de betreffende apparatuur. Onze oplossing? Vier naadloze integraties via ons ConnextGO! Platform: • Synchronisatie van Medische Techniek (Ultimo -> TOPdesk) • Synchronisatie van Niet-Medische Techniek (Ultimo -> TOPdesk) • Bi-directioneel ticketbeheer voor medische techniek en IT (TOPdesk <-> Ultimo) Het resultaat? Een gestroomlijnd proces voor storingsbeheer en onderhoud.
