Decent working conditions in global supply chains

Over ons

The Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) is a multi-stakeholder initiative with over 250 signatories striving for decent working conditions in global supply chains. Central to SLCP’s mission is the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) - a universal social assessment tool that eliminates the need for proprietary social audits - allowing saved resources to be redirected into improvement programs for workers. In addition, SLCP supports stakeholders in accessing credible and actionable social and labor data for Human Rights Due Diligence implementation and enables collaborative solutions to improve working conditions. Since launching in 2019, over 11,000 facilities in more than 50 countries have started using the CAF, unlocking an estimated $25m annually by reducing duplicative audits. Over 80 prominent brands and standard holders now publicly accept SLCP data. SLCP is registered as an independent non-profit foundation (stichting) based in the Netherlands.
