His 8+ years of experience will continue to support brave outliers. Mads Mathiesen is promoted to Research Partner, driving our research and providing valuable guidance to portfolio companies. His innovative research advances the industry, and we look forward to his continued growth. Pim Swart steps up as Principal on our venture team. Since joining in 2021, Pim has excelled in driving investments and engaging founders, significantly contributing to our success. We are excited to see his continued impact on Maven 11's strategic direction. Bram Van Roelen becomes Head of Product, leading our offering to our founders. Hired from a DAO we invested in, Bram's unique experiences as a crypto operator provide invaluable insights to early-stage founders, helping them avoid common pitfalls. ‘At Maven 11, we take immense pride in witnessing the growth of our team members alongside our organization since our inception in 2016.’ says Balder Bomans, Managing Partner at Maven 11. ‘More importantly, we recognize that our organization is defined by its people.
