𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗨𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻 For over 20 years, longtime Service Delivery Manager, Micah Frick, has applied Hansen’s core value of ‘Focused And Committed’ with a compelling propensity. Despite reaching an age where many of his peers are beginning to consider retirement, Micah has no plans to slow down. "Everybody says I've still got the mind of a 20-year-old. My wife wants to retire in the next three or four years, but she's a different person from me. I've got to have something to do. I've got to have my hobbies and I've got to stay active." So, what makes working at Hansen Technologies worth delaying retirement for? For Micah, it comes down to two key relationships: customers and coworkers. Through Hansen, Micah says he has found a balanced environment where he can prioritise the two relationships equally. "I enjoy giving A+ customer service, and that is why our customers have been with us 20 years, on average. Customers, to me, are more than just customers. They're almost an extension of my family. It's these close-knit relationships which I would struggle to give up with retirement." "A house is only as strong as the piers underneath it. That's one of the reasons I've been around in this business division for so long. Cultivating this family dynamic is important to me because if I don't enjoy the people I work with, I'm not going to enjoy the job." When the day does come to retire, Micah looks forward to joining a worldwide motorcycle tour group that engages in tours all over the world. "I enjoy the self-reflection that I can do when I ride a motorcycle because I'm all by myself.”

The Hansen Argentina team recently celebrated Argentina's Independence Day at our office. The event was filled with traditional food and stunning office decorations, creating a festive atmosphere. It was a moment to mark the occasion with patriotic spirit and share memorable moments. Moreover, the celebration also served as a rallying point to demonstrate our support for the Argentine Football Team in the Copa America final, igniting excitement for our beloved national sport.
