Today, we are sharing an important business update. RXO, Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase Coyote Logistics from UPS, ushering in an important new chapter for our organization, our people and our customers.  We are proud of all that we accomplished as a UPS company, and how we’ve continued to grow and evolve during this time. Now, we look ahead toward an exciting future. Our CEO Sandeep Pisipati had the following to say:   “This new chapter with RXO will be an exciting one for both our people and our customers. With our shared solutions, expertise and capabilities, we will be a stronger provider that can solve an even wider variety of customer needs.” While this is big news, it’s business as usual with no interruptions to service or team structures. Roquita Coleman Williams and Jeff Ash recently connected with shippers, carriers, equipment providers and industry observers at the TPM 24 conference in Long Beach, CA. TPM is the premier global ocean container supply chain conference, and it was a great opportunity for Coyote leaders to attend informative sessions on the strategies and technologies driving the intermodal space today and network with analysts, journalists and decision-makers. S&P Global put together a fantastic event this year, and we’re excited to take action on the insights we gained there.

Today, we're proud to announce that Sandeep Pisipati has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer at Coyote Logistics. This appointment comes as Jonathan Sisler announces his decision to pursue other opportunities. Since joining Coyote in 2018, Sandeep has played an integral role on the Coyote executive team as Chief Financial Officer.
