I have been a corporate lawyer, corporate governance, and compliance specialist for about 20 years, the last eight of which I have spent in C-level positions in one of Africa’s leading commercial law firms, where I lead teams working on diverse transactions in Nigeria and other key markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. In my current role, I facilitate regional economic growth by advising governments, domestic clients and multinationals including Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies investing, expanding into, or operating in multiple jurisdictions across Africa on a broad range of issues including business establishment, trade and customs, regulatory compliance, fintech, e-commerce, joint ventures/divestitures, and corporate governance.
