VACANCY INDUSTRY: FMCG JOB ROLE: WAREHOUSE MANAGER: As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability of your warehouse/fulfilment Centre, oversee end to end supply chain operations, and manage a diverse team of >20 team members. Job Location: Ikotun, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Oshogbo. Job Description: ·        Manage end-to-end FMCG supply chain for e-commerce operations. ·        Oversee last mile delivery operations, and coordinate delivery schedules and routes planning to maximize TAT and optimize costs. ·        Manage customers fulfilment expectations by ensuring timely delivery of their orders within 24hours. ·        Oversee internal order processing management in strict compliance to SOP guidelines. ·        Ensure timely resolutions of all order-delivery related concerns escalated by customers within 24 hours. ·        Utilize inventory management systems to track inbound and outbound stock movements, monitor inventory levels, and implement control to minimize stockouts, overstocking and losses due to damages, product expiration etc. ·        Optimize warehouse assets and ensure strict adherence to internal control, safety and statutory compliance. ·        Utilize data analytics skill to track warehouse performance and present daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse and delivery performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, fleet efficiency, delivery metrics and Opex. ·        Analyse operational data and work with existing dashboards to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization. ·        Responsible for the warehouse overall profitability and operational efficiency. ·        Oversee personnel administration and serve as human resources business liaison at the warehouse. ·        Provide regular updates and insights to your line manager and other stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts. Qualifications and Skills: ·        Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related field. ·        Minimum of 2 years proven managerial experience in any of business operations, sales and marketing, warehouse/Inventory operations, supply chain, or any related fields, preferably within the FMCG/Ecommerce/Logistics industry. ·        Proficient in utilizing data analytic tools and software to track performance, measure success, and report progress. ·        Experience in building and motivating high-performing teams, delegating tasks effectively, and providing constructive feedback. ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to diverse audiences. ·        Capable of making quick and effective decisions based on data. ·        Capable of utilizing existing and emerging tech tools to improve performance and increase productivity.
