USPS recently mailed this postcard to employees’ homes to promote the Go Gold challenge.

The USPS Benefits and Wellness team is encouraging employees to participate in Go Gold, a six-week fitness challenge whose theme ties in with the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

Employees can earn points by participating in more than 100 activities, including walking, swimming and tennis.

The program will run from Monday, July 8, through Sunday, Aug. 18. Registration begins Monday, June 24, on the event website.

All employees and family members age 13 and older may participate.

This voluntary challenge is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, a provider of health benefit plans for federal employees. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.

Employees with questions can email the USPS Benefits and Wellness team.
