East Campus grill outs start May 30 with Alabama BBQ

East Campus Dining Center’s Summer Grill Outs are back.

Stop by for different regionally and culturally inspired barbecues throughout the summer. These special menus will be offered most Thursdays and Fridays. Menu information and dates are online.

The menu for May 30 is Alabama white BBQ sauce with chopped hickory rosemary pork or lemon pepper chicken, and smoked gouda tomato macaroni and cheese.

On May 31, the specialty menu, “Totally Tajin,” includes Mexican street corn, Tajin fries, Tajin deviled eggs, chile lime burgers and brats, Tajin fruit salad, and Jicama sticks with Tajin.

These meals are included with student meal plans. Staff, faculty and guest pricing information is available online. Grill outs will be outside the East Campus union, weather permitting, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The grill items will move inside with food available until 2 p.m.
