SOCIAL ENTERPRISES
Since 2013 New Earth has employed almost 100 system-impacted young people in our social enterprises. Over the past seven years our organization has developed a proven employment pathway model that trains apprentices ages 16-25 who are seeking to find jobs and careers in digital media, camera operations, administration, and assembly services. Each New Earth Junior Staff receives soft skills training that prepares them for today’s working world, as well as technical training that gives them marketable abilities.

ASSEMBLY SERVICES
We offer a variety of assembly and packaging opportunities as part of our social enterprise arm at New Earth. Through local partnerships, we proudly provide various job-training skills through shelter assembly, candle making, and a growing number of packaging, crafts, and manufacturing possibilities for our young people.

The Digital Media team offers businesses a range of media services. Our creatives are provided with expert training and equipment in film editing, graphic design, and web development. Our services include unique and custom merchandise design, social media marketing, professional website and app design, video production and content curation.
