In order for us to secure your requested date we will need a $300 deposit, payable by credit card, cheque or direct deposit and completed booking contract.

Please be aware we cannot “pencil” in dates and will need both the deposit and the booking contract before we put your event in our calendar.
Yes, tables and chairs are available and are included in the cost of the room rental. Please take a look at our rentals page for examples of the different configurations available. If you would like us to set them up and tear them down for you, then there is an additional cost of $100.
NCCT has its own kitchen/catering service and does not have provisions for outside catering services. NCCT Kitchen’s in-house chef has a standard and a traditional Indigenous menu to choose from and they can be accessed via the following;

Yes, but events occurring outside of normal NCCT operating hours require security at the additional charge of $35 per hour.

Down payment will be refunded.
From 30 days prior to event:Down payment will not be refunded.
From 5 business days prior to event:Entire invoice amount will be owed
Yes the NCCT has a service elevator located on the south side of the building. As well, each floor is equipped with accessible washrooms and we also have accessible gender neutral bathrooms as well.
There is a parking P directly across the street, as well as street parking. No parking is available on-site.
We are located a short one minute walk north of Spadina subway.
Most definitely, we are a smudge friendly facility.
Facility Rentals
The Native Canadian Centre of Toronto is located in a beautifully renovated 1928 Edwardian Heritage building in the heart of Toronto. Featuring large windows, high ceilings and our breathtaking Indigenous art collection. We are fully accessible and only a minute away from the Spadina Subway Station, accessible parking lots are across the street.
Booking
Upon scheduling the room rental for your event a deposit and completed booking form is required to secure your date and is payable by either credit card, cheque or direct deposit.

The Native Canadian Centre of Toronto specializes in both Traditional Indigenous Cuisine and standard menus. Our goal is to please everyone with a great combination of both flavours and choices. Let us provide a beautiful array of dishes for your event whether it be for a meeting, luncheon, a feast or corporate event. The Native Canadian Centre of Toronto will accommodate your needs in a professional and timely manner.
