HRD Corp - Human Resource Development Corporation memaparkan semula ini
Visiting Teknomatrik Sdn Bhd in the "Venice of Perak" (Manjung) was an eye-opening experience. During the visit, I provided an overview of all HRD Corp Schemes and highlighted their utilization percentage to the employer. As I learned more about their business, I was thoroughly impressed by this company, which is fully operated by 100% Malaysians. They even have their own research and development centre and a ship simulator in their office. It's incredible to see such a company in Manjung, serving as a key vendor for maintaining our Malaysian Navy ships. The General Manager, Business Development & Corporate Communication, Cdr (R) Tuan Haji Othman Hashim, asked me during the visit, "Puan nak laut Lumut or laut Penang? This simulator can change the sea nak waktu pagi, petang, malam pun boleh and youโll feel the waves exactly as if youโre on a shipโ. As someone born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, I felt immense pride and admiration for their achievements. This simulator, 100% made by Perakians, truly made me proud. Perakians, you guys are amazing! Each levy site visit provides me with unique experiences and valuable lessons from our employers. Visiting different employers across various fields motivates me to understand industry needs better and explore how HRD Corp can support industry players effectively.
