Hello...I'm sending out a warm heart felt greeting to the sad, lonely and broken hearted that are all alone or feeling alone and abandoned this day...YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Remember...the Lord said he would never leave you nor forsake you!

May the peace of God rule in your hearts and minds!

I was sad on Christmas last year but unfortunately, my older brother and younger sister didn't seem to care. So I had a miserable Christmas. And I thought they would care but they didn't. And my older brother said it was my problem that I was sad on Christmas. That made me sad even more.

Well they just don't even think before they say and the reason why I was sad on Christmas was because it was the first year without our grandmother and that I was eating and drinking sugary stuff.

CHRISTY ... how much sympathy should you really be expecting ... when the problem in your life is you can't seem to bring yourself to stop eating and drinking things YOU know are not good for you?

The loss of your grandmother is unfortunate, but wasn't she their grandmother as well. Different people handle death in different ways .... Perhaps part of the problem is ... YOU'RE NOT RESPECTING THE unique WAY THEY ARE GRIEVING THE LOSS.

Well i think her brother acted like a jerk not caring about her. We are not machines you know. and i would like to say that i care Christy. But Better than that God does.

God gives us self-control and self-discipline if we only let go and let God by following His Word. i tried it and it works.  i think its written in Galatians and 2peter.

HANNAH ... in this instance, it might be better just to state that you personally "care" ... and let God speak for Himself.

And your comment that her brother "acted like a jerk" is rather unfair ... seeing how you've only heard one side of the story.

I believe the victim more than the perpetrator. Who is more likely to be telling the truth, JAS He said it wasn't his problem.   dah   -that's a unkind smart mouth isn't it.?   and God's Word says that we will answer for every idle word.

Take it straight from the Good Book.  :)

lets pray -Father God we ask that the spirit of unkindness be no more and God give us the words that pierce the darkness as Moses held up Aarons rod , Lead the hearts of the children to the father, in you we live and bless you with our lives, live through us , bless Christy and her family, thank you Jesus

Christy, my family wasn't always the best either. After my father passed away we all became closer after we just about destroyed each others lives. Don't let that ever happen. My family now gets along.
