Hi I know exactly how that feels struggling with many issues and feel as though you are on your own a lot of the time and as a Christian it is tough but I suppose it takes a lot of prayer but it is difficult when you feel you are standing alone. I do find some of the teachings help at times which give you some sort of strength.

Hello Major Flowers,

Thank you for starting this relevant discussion group. Just as Tracey says as Believers we all experience frustrating and difficult times. The Bible encourages us that "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them ALL!" Psalm 34:19 Below is a CBN.com teaching sheet that we pray will bless you.

You are not alone in your struggles with mood swings. I have been struggling with depression for many years. 3 1/2 years ago I took myself off anti-depressants. it has been a long hard road, but I don't feel any worse for not taking them so I guess they didn't really help that much anyway. I thought I was winning the never ending battle, but this last 2 weeks or so it has been so hard. Today I felt so angry and with the start of Ramadan in Egypt , where I currently live, tonight I felt like I wanted to kill someone. Those feelings have now passed, thank the Lord. Sometimes we just have to cry and go through the pit of despair until the darkness clears a little. Sometimes all my prayers consist of are please help me God amidst much crying! Wish I could give you an easy answer but I don't think there are any, but I do know that God understands us and is with us in our pit, if we ask for his help!

I am the only Christian in my family ! So I feel alone and need conversation and support to feed my Christian walk ! My children hate me and now I've been separated from my grandchildren ! I Love Jesus and I'm not giving into sin . I need prayer for my children's salvation and to have a relationship with them and my grandchildren again ! How do I fix my broken heart ?

No, you are not alone this happens to everyone. When I was not able to complete my writing tasks then I too have gone through this situation. Then I found https://essaywriting.net.nz/ site and write my essay online from this writing service. After that everything went well, so I want to tell you to find a solution to your problem.

I am also only one in my family who is Christian. I feel like there's an invisible war between my mother(age 75) & me. She follows astrologers & rejects most of what I share of the Bible so I stopped sharing with her. Now I see her as an enemy of Christ who doesnt want me to be victorious in Christ(as if she can hold me down) which has caused me to feel angry, judgmental towards her-that got me nowhere so now I try to avoid her as much as possible. Now I'm thinking all I can really do is pray for her & put her in Jesus hands to get her off my mind! Feeling so alone probably makes me feel things are worse than they may actually be.

Hi Cheryl my whole family has been Christian for over 20 years and we all still don’t talk to each other. There is just too many dysfunctional mindsets. No one can admit they need counseling in one way or another. I’ve always did my best to be a peace maker but I believe that season of my life is over. I’ve had to let go and let God.

I am facing a situation where my family and I haven't spoken to each other for nearly eight years. I went through a hardship in 2014. There are wounds that only God can heal. Some of my family members are unsaved and I have been praying for them. So I need your prayers.

Regarding feeling anger and frustration, I believe it is due to the way the life is being changed. When we look back at the past years of our lives, and look at where we are now, or how things have been the past 2 years, life is not as we once knew it. It is my feeling we are victims, not by our own doing, but what is happening around us. I would say keep up with news only to the extent we need to know what is happening.
I too, get angry at what is going on in our Country. It is difficult to not be. As everyone knows we do take it to the Lord in prayer. Keep His Word close to our heart. Try not to bring up issues that will stir up anger in others. Be gentle and kind. I know that is a tall order. I have empathy regarding family issues. God Bless all and God Bless America.
