We are seeking an experienced project manager to join the Chief Operating Officer’s Chief of Staff organization to drive cross-organizational projects and initiatives to success. The project manager is resposible for the full implementation of the CIO-wide projects, including planning, budgeting, reporting, executing, communicating etc. An integral member of the CIO’s chief of staff team, the project manager will work with senior leadership and business members to ensure the objectives of the CIO organization are successfully achieved. This role contributes to financial performance, operating efficiency, and customer satisfaction by implementing or operationalizing the Company's strategic business plans.

About The Role:

In this opportunity as a Senior Project Manger, you will:

  • Drive/manage multiple projects (varying in complexity) in partnership with technical and business operations teams.
  • Lead project planning to determine and define project scope and objectives, develop detailed project schedules, and drive execution plans through to completion.
  • Manage all risk/issue and mitigations, escalations, and changes for a project in a timely manner.
  • Monitor progress and manage/control adjustments as needed following established processes, tools, and governance.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage cross organizational relationships between varios technology and business units, and any partner vendors.
  • Communicate project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders throughout project about strategy, adjustments, risks & mitigations, and overall progress.
  • Maintain accurate migration project tracking data in various required tools.
  • Partner with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks quickly.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.


About You:

You’re a fit for the role of Senior Project Manager if your background includes:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in large international organisations.
  • Demonstrated achievements in planning, leading, and implementing complex projects on time, within budget, and with desired functionality.
  • Be results-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills with a drive to succeed.
  • Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence actions/decisions of others.
  • Experienced with Delivery Tracking tools (Azure DevOps), MS PowerBI, and Excel are a bonus.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
