Senior Project Manager

We are currently searching for a Senior Project Manager:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and supporting project management efforts focused on the Markets domain (Front Office is Mandatory); coordinates, monitors, and manages different initiatives.
• Position Duties and Responsibilities.
• Advises executive management of recommended changes and/or improvements.
• Manages/leads projects involving multiple stakeholders and drives the formulation of business processes and requirements.
• Monitor key milestones and outcomes of responsible projects in the program throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
  
  

Requirements

• Oversees and may contribute to the development of project definition and scope at the project level.
• Excellent project management skills; ability to manage resources, set scope, time scales, and deliverables, recognize changing requirements, and address program/project impact.
• Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management Tools. (SharePoint, Visio, Excel, MS Project, Access, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
• Advanced understanding of Front office systems.
• Experience Capital Markets (Mandatory)
  
  

Desired

• Develops presentations, dashboards, reports and other team and executive level project communications and documentation
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience; extensive knowledge of project management and advanced leadership skills
• Ability to scope out and develop work plan and resource requirements and risks associated with activities
  
  

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
