1. Develop and maintain enterprise customers relationship in Mexico, including but not limited to medium and large enterprises, government agencies, and fast-growing startups.
2. Understand customer needs, design and promote customized cloud computing solutions (including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, also other products and services).
3. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, formulate and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
4. Gain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and use market trends and competitive intelligence to optimize sales methods and channels.
5. Work closely with the internal technical team to ensure high-quality pre-sales support and technical demonstrations.
6. Establish and maintain a partner network and promote business development through channel partners.
Job requirements:
1. At least 5 years of sales experience in B2B software or IT services, especially already with significant achievements in cloud computing industry.
2. Familiar and have in-depth understanding for Mexican market, able to provide rich local customer resources.
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to effectively establish and maintain good customer relationships.
4. Excellent business and strategic thinking skills, able to make independent decisions in complex environments.
5. Proficient in Speaking and Writing in Spanish and English.
6. Has Alibaba Cloud-related technical certifications will be an advantage.
