ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager, responsible for successfully delivering the Digital and GenAI solutions within the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters while effectively managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Works with Transformation Services, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities;

Works with Ops leads, Vertical Leads and customers to design, implement and drive GenAI initiatives in alignment with the stablished Value Generating [VG] roadmaps and/or Transformation Roadmaps (Digital and Analytics Included)

Is responsible for establishing project goals, objectives, timeliness and deliverables. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and define the scope of the project.

Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines, and coordinate the activities of different teams or departments involved in the project.

Regularly assess project risks, implement risk response plans, and communicate any changes or updates to the stakeholders.

Develop and managing the project budget. Track project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that the project is delivered within the allocated budget.

Establis quality standards and ensures that the project meets those standards. Expected to conduct regular reviews and audits to monitor project progress and identify any deviations or issues that need to be addressed.

Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, end-users, and management. Understand and manage stakeholder relationships, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.

Maintains project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Must generate reports to communicate project status, key milestones, and any issues or risks to the relevant stakeholders.



OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Take over increased responsibilities within the described activities above;

Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;

Complete any other job-related tasks assigned by LDT (Lean Digital Transformation) management;

Building strategic relationship skills experience with peers from TS, Consulting, Solutions, Transitions, operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives;

Clarifying the roles and appoints responsibilities of each member of the team

Challenging the team to develop as leaders



REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Relevant Project management work experience (3 + years), with ability to handle multiple tasks (Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage)

Previous experience in a multinational company would be an advantage;

Proficiency in project management and statistical analysis systems like MS Projects, Minitab etc., would be a plus;

Proven people management skills;

Prior significant exposure to top management interactions both internally and externally;

Change Management

Preferred experience in deploying Digital transformation and Generative AI solutions.



REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, Scrum, Agile, and others] – Application & Execution;

Green Belt certification is preferred

Black Belt/ Lean/ any other Quality Certification would be a plus;
