We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to join our Scrum software development team. In this pivotal role, you will be an invaluable addition, playing a crucial part in integrating our core systems by crafting high quality solutions. Your expertise and drive will empower our business to deliver exceptional products to market with increased efficiency and speed.

Our Team

You will join a diverse team of software engineers and stakeholders working collaboratively to develop custom applications to support Molex’s continued growth. We strive to be proactive in identifying solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations with a strong emphasis on quality. We do this by being committed to continuous learning and improvement, fostering a safe space and culture of staying up to date with the latest technologies, tools and industry trends.

What You Will Do

• Define and prioritize product features through continuous engagement with stakeholders and well-defined user stories.

• Communicate product vision and requirements clearly to the development team, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks throughout the development process.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with developers to define test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of features and verifying application functionality.

• Participate in quality testing to assist the team in testing the applications before UAT.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development plans.

• Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Excellent English reading and writing

What Will Put You Ahead

• Scrum Product Owner certification.

• Experience leveraging Jira for managing the Software Development Cycle.

• Experience creating wireframes in Figma
