We are looking for
Plant Manager
at our location in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México).
Your tasks:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:
Establishes strategies and tactics with a focus on Lean principles, customer experience, materials management, capacity planning, production scheduling, quality, cost reduction, automation, on-time delivery, safety, and employee relations. Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress in these areas and identify potential issues requiring attention.
Ensures compliance with Company standards for cost control, quality, safety, environmental responsibility, inventory management, waste reduction and Company employment policies/guidelines, including the Code of Conduct.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, including overall environmental responsibility, employee safety and the company Code of Conduct.
Establishes and monitors operational performance daily. Manages the entire plant to achieve all KPI target to ensure the best performance of the site.
Establishes and manages operations budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
Follow and implements global standards and guidelines into the organization.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
Strong skills in logistics, operational management, lean principles, and understanding of financials.
Having strong manufacturing background with minimum of 10 years.
Having minimum 5 years’ experience of leading a plant or a bigger production setup.
