Plant Manager - Packaging Industry
Location: Mexico City
We're looking for a plant manager with a unique skill set!
We don't need someone to maintain the status quo, we need a disruptor, someone with an eye on the future, driving efficiencies, and revolutionising processes.

Ideal Candidate:
Strong English Language Skills: Essential for effective communication within our global organization.
Printing and Labels Experience: A background in flexography and labels is ideal.
Leadership Skills: A dynamic leader, someone who can manage large teams with a track record of getting the best out of their teams.
Operational Excellence (OPEX): Extensive experience in OPEX, with a focus on continuous improvement (CI) and process improvement.
Efficiency Focused: Demonstrated ability to drive efficiencies and innovate within the manufacturing process.
Business Oriented: Strong business acumen, with a strategic mindset. We want someone who can align everyday plant operations with aspirational business goals.
Education: Well-educated, with relevant qualifications in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
