We are currently searching for a talented General Manager


Job Summary:


As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our luxury hotel. Your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You will lead a dynamic team and work collaboratively to maintain and enhance the hotel's reputation as a premier destination for the discerning traveler.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maintain the hotel's competitive edge in the luxury market.

Provide visionary leadership to the management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and guest-centric service.


  • Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and other relevant departments.

Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures to guarantee a seamless and exceptional guest experience.


  • Guest Experience:

Champion a culture of personalized, anticipatory service to exceed guest expectations and foster loyalty.

Regularly review and analyze guest feedback to implement improvements and elevate overall guest satisfaction.


  • Financial Management:

Develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Implement cost-control measures and revenue enhancement strategies to optimize profitability.


  • Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional growth.


  • Sales and Marketing:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue through effective strategies, promotions, and partnerships.

Actively participate in sales efforts and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and trends.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficient in relevant hotel management software.
